Key Responsibilities
Take the lead role for payroll related projects and ensure decisions are made timely with no impact to employee’s pay
Ability to apply expertise knowledge of processes, technologies and systems in support of team and customer issues/requests and completion of routine assignments
Ability and interest in working in a collaborative environment with a dynamic group of individuals with diverse backgrounds to resolve obstacles
Make sound decisions and recommendations based on balanced consideration of facts, priorities, resources, constraints, and alternatives
Take pride and be responsibility for any task taken or assigned and meet the deadlines associated
Use Salesforce and PeopleSoft data to provide proactive problem resolution to eliminate process defects
Improve processes using six sigma and HOS technology
Act as a change agent with customers to drive change and improve processes
Research US, PR, and Canadian tax issues and determine outcomes quickly to improve processes
Comply with tax updates and required legislation changes
Ensure white glove service for all executives
Stock Option, restricted units, partnership and payments with 3rd party vendors
Monitor Salesforce activity and timely resolution of customer requests and/or problems within 24 hours

YOU MUST HAVE
WE VALUE
Certified Payroll Professional testing in progress or completed
Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft payroll and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task to consistently meet deadlines
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local payroll policies and procedures
Ability to perform all payroll related activities at a high level, with minimal or no supervision required
Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts and make recommendations to leaders as appropriate
